Operators will have all the information they need on the computer screen making it possible to manage calls hassle free. Screen pops with relevant customer information would enable a personalised greeting to caller as well as priority to the necessary ones. Routing of the call to the right person is made easier by CLID that provides customer information and the unique GUI (Graphical User Interface) that provides real-time info about the presence of all the employees, their departments and their status/availability to receive calls. Calls are then accurately forwarded on the basis of who is calling, priority level, any previous contacts and the probable reason for calling. It is also possible to make notes and comments for customers through their calls to have a record of previous interactions which can be crucial in future. Most operations would be possible with a single action such as, one touch dialling and forwarding calls as simple as a drag and drop.
