The SOS service provides immediate access to qualified technicians on the BCC help-desk who will initiate a reactive response to assist with your ICT problem. We’ll discuss your issue and agree a suitable course of action either at your site or via a “return to a BCC base” arrangement.
Based on hourly charging, you simply pay for the time taken to resolve your problem.
The minimum charge is 1 hour and thereafter for each 30 minutes spent on you repair.
