Perhaps you want to budget for IT emergencies, planned projects or specialist advice. Our incident based offering provides this and saves you money by agreeing an upfront cost for a set number of incidents.

For businesses that recognise that ICT systems require maintenance from time to time and want some comfort that help is at hand, our Incident Based service is the answer.

This pre-paid support package is based on the SOS service principles and offers a simple and flexible solution that suits all companies, large or small, with or without an ICT department.

The customer buys a bank of time which can be used for a wide range of ICT services such as planned projects, specialist advice or to assist with emergencies. Incidents are 30 minutes in duration and the minimum purchase is 10 incidents, or 5 hours of support time. Thereafter, incidents can be purchased in blocks of 5, or 2.5 hours, with discounts increasing as more blocks are purchased.

The advantage of this approach is that you can budget for ICT demands, spreading the cost over the year. The service allows access to BCC’s team of highly trained and qualified staff, who can deliver the following services :

  • Remote, on-site or telephone, technical support.
  • Hardware Installation.
  • Network Cabling Installation.
  • Preventative maintenance.

  • Holiday and absence cover for ICT Personnel or to cover busy periods.
